欧盟发布REACH修订案修订CMR物质清单

欧盟2017年8月31日发布的官方公报上公布了REACH法规修订案——Regulation (EU) 2017/1510，正式修订REACH法规附件17的附录1～6中CMR物质清单。

该修订案将于2017年9月20日生效。以下物质除外：

a. 下文(1)、(2)、(3)中涉及的物质将于2018年3月1日起生效；

b. 下文(4)(a)中的带*号的物质也将于2018年3月1日生效。

附录修订如下：
